I came to Australia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Accounting, Finance & Business, a Master of Project Management, a Master of Planning — and a belief that the right combination of academic rigour, grit, and relentless execution could build something extraordinary. Within months, I'd launched a tour company in Melbourne — built it from the ground up, scaled operations, and sold it for a significant return.
That exit wasn't the finish line. It was proof of concept. I moved into property acquisition, then full-scale development — managing key residential projects for the South Australian state government totalling 2,300+ homes. I went on to lead a $250M public company project delivering 500 dwellings, while simultaneously building my own development portfolio through Kaizen Projects.
But ambition doesn't stop at borders. I've scaled road construction and mining operations in India, bringing the same systems-driven discipline to infrastructure at scale. Every venture is built on the same foundation: see what others miss, move before the crowd, and execute with precision.
